We Identify, train and link potential girl's leaders and women aspirants in the county on seeking for leadership position in the county, region and national level. It's a program to identify women who are political active to participate in the coming election for proper representation of women in the county and constituency politics. 26 women were identified some who have previous vied for political position and other who are new to the politics.
